We here at MICH HELMET are here to serve our customers in the manner in which we ourselves as customers like to be served. We are also here to provide the top of the line Ballistic Helmets and helmet accessories the United States and it's allied countries need and demand.
All products that we carry have each been field tested by active duty U.S. Soldiers, Marines, Police Officers etc. The staff here has a full first hand knowledge of each individual product we carry. Here, we do not tell you what the manufacturers want you to know or believe, but we tell you exactly how the products perform real world.
At MICHHELMET.com privacy and security is one of our key goals for each customer. Weather you are an individual purchasing for yourself, or a military
unit, agency etc. All of your personal information you provide us with when creating your account and placing an order goes no further than here. We do not under any circumstance reveal, sell or offer your information for any reason. In some cases, if we are demanded by federal agencies or law to disclose information due to a criminal investigation, we must and will do so. When an order is placed, we use a Payment Gateway which handles all of our credit card transactions. This is the most secure way for our customers and ourselves to process your credit card information. This means that we never see or have any access to your credit card information at anytime, nor can we keep it on file. For this reason, all ballistic orders cannot be canceled once and order has been placed. This includes manufacturers back orders. For all other non ballistic items, if an order is placed and you wish to cancel, there is a 20% cancellation fee that will be deducted from the order total including shipping. If an item needs to be returned, it must be returned and received here no later than 2 weeks (14 days) after your item has been shipped. If you need to exchange a ballistic item due to sizing or manufacturers defects, please contact us right away so that we can issue you an RTV number prior to sending the item back to us or the manufacturer, whichever we decide needs to be done to correct the issue. Ballistic items can only be exchanged due to manufacturers defects or sizing issues. For all other items, if you wish to return an item for a refund, the item must be returned in it's original non damaged packaging, in brand new condition. If you do not wish to exchange the item for something different or the same item or similar, or keep a credit with us, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Normally orders will ship Monday-Friday between 8am and 3pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders also will ship withing 24-48 hours (not including non business days) if the items are in stock. If an item(s) on your order are not in stock, the order cannot and will not ship. If you have an item on back order and you do wish to have your order ship incomplete, please contact us to let us know or your order will remain here until the back order is filled.
We do offer special discounted pricing for Government, Military, Law Enforcement, Agency etc orders. This orders are typically bulk or larger orders. We can also offer special pricing for groups of individuals needing bulk orders as well. Please contact us direct for this pricing and your options. We also will ship world wide to all U.S. friendly nations.
