Cat Eye Bands or Helmet Cover Retention Bands are designed to keep your helmet cover form fitted to your helmet. With the two reflective tabs strategically placed on the back of the band, you get your "Cat Eyes" which when light is shown on the the two reflective strips, they will glow simulating the eyes of a cat.
